How to Select Your Hyperlight Eyewear

The Same Hyperlight Technology — Optimized for Different Environments

All Hyperlight Eyewear features the same proprietary Hyperlight lens technology and provides the same core Hyperlight experience. The primary difference between the options is the level of tint, allowing you to select the version best suited to your typical environment and personal comfort.

These are not rigid rules. Some people prefer Anti-Glare lenses while working at a computer, while others comfortably drive at night with Indoor Optimized lenses. Think of the options as different levels of optimization rather than completely different types of eyewear.

Indoor Optimized Lenses

The lighter-tint option, designed for comfortable everyday use in indoor environments and situations where maintaining maximum visual brightness is preferred.

A great choice for offices, computer use, artificial lighting, reading, television, and general everyday wear.

Anti-Glare Lenses

A stronger tint designed primarily for outdoor environments and brighter light conditions, providing greater visual comfort when dealing with sunlight, reflections, and glare.

Some users also prefer the stronger tint indoors, particularly around bright screens or artificial lighting. Ultimately, the choice comes down to your environment and personal preference.

Classic Fullerene Lenses

For those who want a balanced indoor-outdoor compromise, Classic Fullerene lenses provide another option between typical indoor and outdoor use, making them a versatile choice when you expect to move frequently between different lighting environments.

What If I Wear Prescription Glasses?

Hyperlight Eyewear is generally non-prescription eyewear, but select Prescription Ready models are available.

These models feature a unique hybrid design. Your optician can fit your prescription lenses into the prescription-ready frame, while the Hyperlight lens layer integrates directly over them.

The result is a seamless, fully integrated appearance rather than the look of wearing one pair of glasses over another. You retain your individual vision correction while adding the Hyperlight lens technology as part of the complete eyewear design.

Still Deciding?

Remember, there isn’t necessarily one “correct” Hyperlight lens for every situation. All versions use the same core technology. The goal is simply to select the tint and frame configuration that best matches where you expect to wear them most often.
