Due to the specialized and professional nature of our products, return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Hyperlight Eyewear may be returned if they are in unused, like-new condition, including all original packaging.

Bioptron devices are eligible for return provided they are in excellent condition, with all original components and packaging intact. A restocking fee may apply if product shows signs of wear.
